Furthermore, guidance can be given on what size assignment to undertake and on expected results. Time is spent to gain a thorough understanding of your objectives and on any products or services being promoted and a tailor-made talk guide is produced to use on your project, following your approval. Email templates can also be created and once approved, emails can then be sent out to people wishing to consider your offerings in more depth as well.
Once your project commences, you are provided with reports and emailed results as and when agreed. All data is kept confidential and Brant Access Consultancy will not work for any other organisations in your sector on any similar campaigns, which clashes with your target criteria, whilst you are a client.
Steven Brant (BA HONS), Managing Consultant (Owner) completes the majority of telemarketing projects. Steven has vast telemarketing experience, having managed and completed assignments for sole traders to multinationals since 1999. Steven likes to apply his knowledge by personally completing most projects, including all new campaigns, in order to achieve expected results.
